Preparing for the Training
What time can we drop off the kids?
The gym opens at 8 a.m and camp starts at 9h30. Camp ends at 4 p.m and the gym stays open until 5h45. At all times (before camp starts and once camp ends supervision is provided by staff from the camp. You can drop off your children between 8 and 9h30 a.m. At the end of the day kids must be picked up by 5h45.
Does my child need to bring his lunch?
Campers can either bring their lunch or purchase food at the canteen. Sandwiches, muffins, granola bars, gatorade and water are sold at affordable prices. Every day lunch is from 12 to 1 p.m.
What does my child need?
Every camper must have shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and water bottle.
Does my child need to bring a baskeball?
No, your child does not need to bring a basketball. We provide the basketballs.
General Program Information
What age groups do you cater to?
We welcome athletes aged 5 to 16. Our sessions are designed to meet the needs of various skill levels, so whether your child is just starting or has advanced experience, they’ll receive tailored coaching.
What skill levels do you accommodate?
Our program is open to all skill levels—from beginners to advanced players. We ensure that each athlete receives the right level of coaching to help them grow, whether they are new to the game or aiming to compete at a higher level.
Is the program bilingual?
Yes, our staff speaks both French and English. Training sessions are delivered in both languages, allowing your child to receive instructions in their preferred language, or even improve their skills in both languages.
What does a typical training session look like?
Our sessions include a mix of skill development drills, team scrimmages, basketball IQ-building exercises, and individualized feedback. We balance technical skills and game strategies with a focus on both individual growth and teamwork.
Do you offer a trial session?
We do not offer a trial session at the moment.
How long does each training session last?
Each training session typically lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours. This duration allows us to cover various skills and ensure athletes get enough time for practice, feedback, and game play.
What will my child learn in the program?
Athletes will learn basketball fundamentals such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense. We also focus on improving basketball IQ, court awareness, teamwork, and leadership skills. Our goal is to help players develop both on the court and as individuals.
How do you personalize the coaching for each athlete?
We assess each athlete’s current skill level and tailor our coaching to meet their individual needs. Whether a player is working on the basics or refining advanced techniques, our coaches provide feedback to help them improve at their own pace.
Registration & Payment
How do we pay for registration?
You can pay for registration securely through our online payment system. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
What is the registration deadline?
Registration deadlines vary by program and season. We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your spot, as spaces can fill up quickly. Please check the program page for specific deadlines.
Can I cancel my registration or get a refund?
For information about cancellations or refunds, please contact us directly. We'll be happy to assist you and provide the details specific to your registration.
What happens if my child misses a session?
If your child misses a session, they are welcome to join the next practice. However, we recommend attending all sessions to ensure they get the full benefit of the training and progress consistently.

What if my child has special needs or requires accommodations?
We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for all athletes. If your child has specific needs, please contact us before signing up, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them in a way that supports their growth and success.
Do you have a code of conduct for players and parents?
Yes, we have a code of conduct for both players and parents. It emphasizes respect, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude, both on and off the court. Players are expected to give their best effort, follow instructions, and treat teammates, coaches, and opponents with respect. How do you ensure the safety of athletes during training?
For the safety and well-being of all players, wearing basketball shoes and appropriate athletic attire is mandatory. We are very serious about this requirement to prevent injuries and ensure that every athlete can move freely and comfortably on the court.
